Scotcheroos

Ingredients
- 6 cups of Rice Krispies
- 1.5 cups of peanut butter
- 1.5 cups corn syrup
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 12 oz milk chocolate chips
Directions
- In a medium pot on medium heat combine peanut butter, corn syrup, and sugar
- Mix until smooth and combined.
- In a bowl, combine rice krispies with liquid mixture.
- Fold to combine.
- Empty into 18 x 13 inch sheet pan.
- Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring each time.
- Spread melted chocolate on base.
